Our country-chic restaurant, elegant yet at the same time informal, is also open to guests who are not staying at the villa. The dishes are inspired by Tuscan cuisine; the chef uses only fresh seasonal products— Chianina beef, Cinta Senese pork, Pienza pecorino, and vegetables and herbs grown in our garden. We select organic products by choosing the best local suppliers; in particular, we use Villa Cicolina's organic extra-virgin olive oil, certified DOP Terre di Siena.
In our Capanna we can serve a private and exclusive dinner. The Capanna is a small cottage that has become a cozy relaxation area where we can serve dinner on request for up to 4 people, or for two people to make the evening even more romantic. On cold days we can light the fireplace to create a magical atmosphere.
Vino Nobile di Montepulciano is among the best-known Italian wines. Villa Cicolina has a splendid cellar dating back to the 1300s where our own Nobile is aged. Guests can visit the cellar and taste the great Tuscan reds in front of the remains of an Etruscan tomb. Our waiter and sommelier will guide you through the visit for a tasting.

Our cooking classes help you discover Tuscany and its culinary traditions; we teach our guests the secrets of Tuscan cuisine: handmade pasta, different types of ragù, appetizers, and desserts, with the aim that they can pass on to friends the secrets that have made our cuisine famous worldwide.

Duration: 3 hours: preparation of an appetizer, a first course with its sauce, a main course with side dish, and dessert; dinner will then follow in our restaurant where you can enjoy the menu you prepared yourselves.
